Weight training and Massage therapy. Between muscle strain and the strain on joints in the body during weight training, whether you are someone who regularly practices Fitness in your life, to professional athletes, a recovery strategy should be in place just as proper eating, nutrition and sleep all play an important role in maintaining homeostasis in this complex algorithm of fitness. Not only have I been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years with focus on deep tissue massage and sports-related massage, I keep a very strict regimen of weight training myself and would not be able to continue to do so if not for some of my skilled  fellow therapists to work on problem areas related to weight training and physical exercise in the gym.
